Workshop on Practical Gamification by Vineet Raj Kapoor at Serious Play Conference

Vineet Raj Kapoor is a rare academic who is equally good with the international business aspect of Entertainment Business. He has organized Industry Summits and has participated in International Fairs since 2007, and since 2016, led the Indian Delegation of Film Makers, Distributors, Animation and Gaming Studios to ACE Fair, Gwangju South Korea every year. He is equally well connected to the artists and students who want to join the creative stream and has been guiding the unrelentingly.

Vineet is Dean, Chitkara University. He is a Knowledge Partner in UI UX and Game Design with TCS iON. He is on Board of Studies of SXILL a cutting edge Design School at Chandigarh. He has spoken at Konkuk Univ, Seoul, TETTRA School (Air Force), Panjab Univ, GNDU, Chitkara Univ, Kurukshetra Univ etc. and has written 2 books, SOULLED and UNCHESS.

It is foolish to assume that there are ungamified systems that exist. The issue is more about the gamification losing track due to changed Reality. As a gamifier our task should be to get Reality back to track or Rather, tween the system according to the Reality (NeoReality) - actually both.

This is useful for afficianados of Gamification who would try to find answers / solutions through Gamification and are many times surprised by lack of workability of solutions. I would cover environment issues which impact solutions differently in different environments. For e.g. Social work is voluntary, employment is not (even though prima facie evidence points to volutarism element of the employment system). This is not a academic discussion - it has direct implications for practitioners from the fields of military, corporate, education.

If possible, I would like to share a case study as a take away. However let me see how it shapes up.

He shall be one of the Jury of Worldskills Experts from across Asia (time 8:00-14:00 MSK – Moscow Time)

Lector at the Industrial Design Programme within Future Skills Education Programme

Vineet Raj Kapoor, was part of the elite group of Lectors, namely Andrey Ermakov, WorldSkills, Russia, Kristina Skaler, WorldSkills, Croatia, Vineet Raj Kapoor, SXILL, India and Eugenio Korzhov, WorldSkills, Russia who came together to organize the Industrial Design Programme within Future Skills Education Programme and under the aegis of WorldSkills. This programme was held from 28 November 2021 to 18 December 2021. This program was of 50 hours and each lecture was held one or more Lectors.

The event would take place at Andhra Pradesh University, Vizag, Andhra Pradesh

On invitation from Autodesk, for Autodesk Futureskills Competition, Vineet Raj Kapoor, is nominated as an Jury Expert in Industrial Design Technology  being held from 9 December 2021 to 10 December 2021. He shall be responsible to mark the candidates and select the winner for Autodesk Futureskills Competition in Industrial Design. He shall also be sharing his thoughts during the closing ceremony.

He shall be responsible to mark the candidates and select the candidate representation from India for the Indiaskills Finals. The event would take place at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi

On invitation from BM Munjal University, for HackBMU 5.0, Vineet Raj Kapoor, is nominated as an Jury Expert in being held from February 19, 2022. He shall be responsible to mark the candidates and select the candidate the winners at HackBMU 5.0. The event would take place at BM Munjal University, Gurgaon

Jury at 4th Khabarovsk International Competition

On invitation from the 4th Khabarovsk International Competition, held at Khabarovsk, Russia, Vineet Raj Kapoor, was nominated as an Expert in Industrial Design Technology for 4th Khabarovsk International Competition being held from 14 March 2022 to 17 March 2022 (time 8:00-14:00 MSK – Moscow Time). Alongwith 3 candidates training at SXILL under the able guidance and mentorship of Vineet Raj Kapoor appeared for the same competition and secured 1-2-3 positions in the competition. The 3 candidates are Kopal Gangrade, Devika Jhunjhunwala, and Amal Teerthankar.
